At winery Fragaria, they are particularly proud of their wine, made from grapes from their own vineyards from the rare, native grape variety “Jagoda.” Jagoda is an explosive wine, elegant with a rich and harmonious fruity finish. The aroma is dominated by characteristic spicy and fruity notes. It is a forgotten and only recently recovered grape variety, whose wine is made in limited quantities from the best grape bunches.

At Fragaria Winery, wine is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, which originated in France and was created by the natural crossing of Traminer and Chenin Blanc. These wines are generally designed to be drunk as young as possible because at that stage they reveal the full splendor of spicy, fruity and spicy aromas. The aroma is dominated by characteristic spicy and fruity notes, while on the palate peach, gooseberry, grapefruit and citrus zest predominate, with subtle hints of apple, pear and mango. The flavor of this Sauvignon also has a slightly vegetative or slightly mineral character.
